Justin Sarabia is a nurse and creative strategist focused on building community-driven initiatives at the intersection of wellness, creativity, and hospitality. He is the founder of Livin, a wellness and aesthetics brand centered on accessible, modern, and community-focused care.
With a background in healthcare and experiential marketing, Justin brings a distinctive perspective to developing programs and partnerships that support individuals, creatives, and local industries. He has produced community-centered events, led collaborative partnerships, and developed marketing strategies for hospitality and wellness brands.
His work emphasizes meaningful connection, accessible wellness, and opportunities that help creatives and service-industry professionals grow and thrive, while designing initiatives that create sustainable, long-term community impact.

Israel “Izzy” Espiricueta is a hospitality entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the bar and nightlife industry. Throughout his career, he has trained bartenders, led teams, and helped venues strengthen service standards, team culture, and day-to-day performance.
He has worked closely with bars and hospitality teams to refine operations, develop talent, and elevate guest experience, becoming a trusted resource for venues looking to grow and improve.
As a partner of Higbie’s Cocktail Bar in Austin, Izzy brings hands-on industry knowledge and deep connections within the hospitality community. His experience supports Bliss Collective’s mission to uplift and support creatives and hospitality professionals through community-driven initiatives and programs.

Jeff Haselman is a hospitality and growth strategy leader currently with Cinchio, where he helps organizations strengthen client relationships, streamline performance, and drive sustainable growth.
Previously, he served as Director of Success at UNION, leading client experience initiatives, building scalable systems, and cultivating long-term partnerships.
As a partner of Higbie’s Cocktail Bar in Austin, Jeff brings hands-on experience in hospitality leadership, financial stewardship, and venue strategy. His real-world industry perspective supports Bliss Collective’s mission to create meaningful experiences and support the creative and hospitality communities.
As Treasurer, Jeff provides financial oversight and governance, helping ensure transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of resources that directly support Bliss Collective’s programs and impact.
