First Aid & Emergency Preparedness Initiative
Bliss Collective’s First Aid & Emergency Preparedness Initiative, developed in partnership with the American Red Cross, expands access to certified safety training for staff, partners, and community members.
The program offers American Red Cross–certified First Aid, CPR, and AED training with an emphasis on practical, real‑world application. Courses are delivered through hands-on instruction by qualified instructors and hosted in accessible, community-based settings.
By providing locally hosted trainings with flexible participation options, the initiative helps address common barriers to safety education, including cost, scheduling, and limited availability.
Program Purpose
First aid and emergency response training plays an important role in community health and workplace safety, yet access to certified instruction remains limited for many individuals. This initiative helps expand access through locally hosted trainings supported by sponsorships and scholarships when available.
